The F12 key goes straight to the Save As dialog window. F12 Function Keyį12: This is probably the most useful of the Function keys for newer Word users. Shift+F11: This works just like F11 but in reverse to move to the previous field from your current location in the document. F11 Function Keyį11: As with the F9 key, if you use fields in your document, use the F11 to move to the next field. Some users struggle with right clicking the mouse (or touch pad on a laptop), so this would be their work-around to show the right-click shortcut window.
